I have to admit, I've been a little crazy this week. My hubby has been out of town all week, the girls all started school, I'm filling orders from the shop and getting ready for a few upcoming craft shows, and trying to stay on top of all the activities going on and where everyone is supposed to be, I get to teach in Young Women's this Sunday and my baby turns four on Monday so party plans are in the works...

 I'm tired!

Totally looking forward to sleeping in tomorrow, at least past 6:30. Still lots to get done but I'm ready to enjoy all the great things you gals are doing.

The week has flown by, this is our last weekend of summer cause school starts bright and early on Monday morning! (UGH!!!)

Before I have to return to setting the alarm clock we're taking the girls and heading to the beach for one last summer hurrah, or one last sunburn as the case may be...

WAHOO! IT'S FRIDAY!!!(and I for one could not be happier-it's been a llll-oooo-nnnn-gggg week) I have had so much fun checking out the last TWO TGIF parties-what an amazing bunch of ideas. THANKS to all of you that linked a project. I've added so many things to my "must try" lists, I love it! So as promised, a few of my faves from two parties ago... I have pre-school on my mind, as in trying to decide if I should send my soon to be 4 yr old somewhere else or teach again. Super easy, inexpensive, and you can make it any size you want! Love that! I want a firepit. My girls want a firepit. Susan from Homeroad shares exactly how to get one!(hugs and kisses to you!!!!) And one more dose of cuteness...we're heading to the beach next week. Okay, I have a confession to make before we start...I've been so busy, I didn't get a chance to check out last week's party.Total looser, I know. You wonderful ladies that take the time to link up here every week deserve some recognition-and I failed. My oldest daughter has been gone since Saturday and I've been working on finishing her bedroom. What have I learned? That unlike all the make over shows on HGTV-you can't do it in a day!!! And this one was a scorcher here in Texas, we hit 101 this week!Thank goodness for swimming pools and air conditioning. But all that hotness going on outside led to a lot of sofa surfing inside, here's a few of my favorites from last week- So I laughed out LOUD when I saw this-only becasue I say something very similar to my girls all the time! I love the colors and just love the idea of having it on my front porch!

I just think it's the darn cutest thing EVER! What a great way to let the world know you have a totally "TIE"-riffic dad inside!
