Hugs and Kisses to you!!!

I am so blessed to be surrounded my amazingly talented people, and more so that I get to call  them friends. One such lady was my inspiration for my Valentine project over at Wood You Like to Craft this month.

She created these amazing wood signs for Christmas…

…that lead to similar ones for Valentine’s…

…that lead me to my project!

 

True to me, I went big--something for the front porch. I used a side board from am armour that had seen better days as the base and cut the x’s and o’s from 1/8^th inch mdf.  Painted the board and x’s and then used flannel to roll and roll and roll enough rosettes to cover the o’s. It was great, mindless crafting while watching late night tv. Then just glued it all into place on the board and done!

Don’t you just love having inspirational friends? I sure do! They surround me at home and here online…hugs and kisses to you all!

Confession time: I am not a photographer.

I love taking pictures, I just can't always seem to get what I want in my head to come out in the picture. So I cheat. I use a photo editing site. And I love it.

I love it because it's easy to use (because I am also quite technically challenged) and because it's free!

I use it all the time, and no, I have never bothered to pay for the upgraded Royale features because I am completely happy with what I can do for free. But, that doesn't mean I haven't wanted to give it a try...and now we both can. For FREE!
